When accessing Project Command Center application, not able to use the application and receiving the following error: Attempted to divide by zero Resolution:
Notes: Steps 2 and 3 must be done as soon as you close the error message. Otherwise, you'll get the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error message. The trick is to position the mouse pointer over the Hide Gantt button then use the Enter key on your keyboard to close the error message. As soon as you press the Enter key, hold down the Shift key and click the Hide Gantt button right away. If the error continues, repeat the steps above, but also add/remove columns via the Customize button before closing the PCC. If the error occurs when selecting a specific project, it may be caused by a Start Date set as earlier than the associated completion date. |
