Your azurite email address will have the same format as your current email address. For example, if your email address is [e-mail] then your new email address would be [e-mail]

 

You will continue to receive all emails sent to your current email address if you choose to use your azuritepc.com email address. Your soudermiller email address remains attached to your email account as an alias, and thus all emails sent to your soudermiller email address will show up on your azurite inbox. 

 

Please submit a ticket to let us know if you wish to make the switch. We will make the necessary changes on our end and let you know when it's been done. You will then have to sign out of all windows applications and sign back in using your azuritepc.com email address. 

 

For those that use the web browser to access email, please sign out completely and sign back in using your azuritepc.com email address.

 

For those that use the Windows Outlook application instead of the browser, the quickest way is to remove your Outlook profile and sign back into Outlook using your azuritepc.com address.
